A calling card or phone card - a telephone credit card with a Personal Identification Code (pin) employed for a pre-selected long distance company when gone away from relatives or office. ATT calling plans allow to call up a phone all over the world with a calling card dialing a preregulated number (often Toll Free). It is not always without a cost, like some Voice over IP carriers say, but the admirable quality is fantastic and you doen't have to be connected t the internet to make calls. Give it a try!
