The term of automation has become quite popular recently. A lot of companies attempt to promote their solutions to the market. These products come in attractive packages with a lot of great features, whistles and bells. During the analysis of different stuff management software programs, I found that its utilizing has more drawbacks than benefits. There are some reasons why I do not use it.
Reason 1: It is not a program for free. Employee management software usually comes at a coast. Keep in mind that the updates, support and maintenance also demand some fee. Lot of people find that the advantages outweigh the costs. Pay for the program only in case when you are sure that it will pay for itself, otherwise, look for the better solutions.
